My QuestionHub points on the internship portal don't seem right, or don't match my QuestionHub Points.

It can take a few hours for the points to sync between the QuestionHub and the internship portal, so please give it some time. If after 24 hours it still hasn't updated, please create a ticket and let us know.

Please note that upvotes and QuestionHub (QHub) points aren't the same. See below for further details.

The following is a breakdown of QHub point allocation.
  1. 3 QHub points for having your answer selected as correct
  2. 1 QHub point for selecting an answer as correct
  3. 1 QHub point given per upvote and lost per downvote*
    * limited to a maximum of 1 QHub point for answers and 3 QHub points for questions
    Examples below:
    1. 1 upvote on an answer - 1 QHub point
    2. 10 upvotes on an answer - still just 1 QHub point
    3. 1 upvote on a question - 1 QHub point
    4. 10 upvotes on a question - 3 QHub points
    5. 3 upvotes and 1 downvote on a question - 2 QHub points
