I can't contact my mentor, what can I do?

Please allow up to 5 days for your mentor to review your task as some are working full-time during the week. If you still haven't heard back from your mentor, please create a ticket to let us know.

We track the activeness of mentors and only assign mentors who are active at that time. Sometimes their situation can change so they become unresponsive, if this happens we will mark them inactive after enough time passes, but because there is a delay, you'll want to create a ticket to assign you a new mentor.
