How to send a leave request via IndustryConnect.IO

Note: You will have to enrol into an internship first before sending a leave request.





There are terms and conditions that apply for taking Leave from the internship.  Please read these carefully so that you understand.

If you would like to request for Leave from MVP Studio Internship, please read the information below and complete the form below.

Please note: 

  • You may only take a maximum of six (6) weeks leave from the Internship, in one lot of Leave submitted every six (6) month period.

  • Onboarding Level / Starting Internship: If you have just started with the Onboarding task or just finished the 6-week job-ready programme with Industry Connect you can apply for a maximum of 6 weeks Leave in one lot of Leave Request submitted within a six (6) month period.You will start the Internship again at the next Internship Intake.

  • Competition/Advanced Levels: You can take up to a maximum of six (6) weeks Leave in one lot of Leave Request submitted within a six (6) month period. You will start the Internship again at the return date of the 6 weeks' leave and where you left off in either Competition of Advance task Level.

  • IMPORTANT: If there is no progress over a four (4) week period on your Internship tasks and no Leave Request is approved then the Internship will stop with immediate effect.
    This means that you will need to re-sit the job-ready programme that you did with Industry Connect at cost before joining the Internship again.

 

 You will need to fill in the date that you will start your leave from and your return date.  The MVP Studio team will then look at your Leave Request and advise if approved.
