FAQ - Internship Question
Question: I am working full time. Do I need to quit my job to do the internship?
Answer: MVP Studio offers a flexible internship structure so you don't have to quit your full-time job to do the internship. You can commit to tasks or watch meeting recordings (all MVP Studio meetings are recorded) after hours or whenever you available.
Question: Do I have to join the Internship immediately after I finish the 6-weeks training?
Answer: We recommend that you start the Internship immediately when you finish the 6-weeks training so you can apply all your knowledge into practice straight away. However, for some circumstances, if you can't start the Internship immediately, please submit a leave request by following these
instructions.
Question: Do I have to come into the office for the internship?
Answer: MVP Studio operates across different regions so you can access resources from anywhere, anytime. You don't have to come into office to perform your tasks, attend meetings or access any technical resources.
Question: Why can I only choose some projects when enrolling? Can I choose a different project after enrollment?
Answer: Which projects MVP Studio opens for internship depends on resources, availability and priority. It is subject to change from time to time.
However, you will have the opportunity to work on more advanced innovations after you complete the initial projects allocated.
Question: What will happen after the internship enrollment?
Answer: After completing the internship enrollment form, you can expect an Email Confirmation which states the detail of the Onboarding Session. If you don't receive this Confirmation Email, please check your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there. Otherwise please contact our internship support team.
Question: I can't attend the Onboarding Session, will the session be recorded?
Answer: Yes, the session is recorded and the link will be shared with everyone after the session. Although we do encourage all the new interns to attend the Onboarding Session live.
Question: How many hours a week should I commit to the internship?
Answer: We encourage all interns to put in as much time as possible, however, a recommended minimum for best results is 20 hours a week.
